The Perpetual Shift is a small, independent video series publishing short-form stories to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. These terms cover the accounts and any tooling operated under this name.
These terms apply to our public social accounts, any API integrations we run against platform developer programs (including TikTok's), and any future website published under this name.
All videos published under The Perpetual Shift are either originally produced or used with appropriate rights. We do not use this account or any connected API access to scrape, repost, or redistribute another creator's content without permission.
We do not currently operate a website or app that collects sign-ups, accounts, or user-submitted content. If that changes, these terms will be updated accordingly.
