These terms apply to this website, our official social accounts, and any API integrations we run with platform developer programs, including TikTok's Content Posting API, the YouTube Data API, and the Meta Graph API.

Using this website

This website is informational. You may browse it and share links to it freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or misrepresent it as your own.

All videos published under The Perpetual Shift are originally produced or use material we have the rights to. Quoted passages are drawn from public-domain or properly attributed sources. We do not use our accounts or any connected API access to scrape, repost, or redistribute another creator's content without permission.

Platform integrations

Our API access to each platform is used solely to publish videos we produced to accounts we own. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.
